This year’s edition of Open Ateliers Olhão is based on an inclusive and participatory approach, seeking to involve more public and private partner organisations and venues based in the municipality: galleries, architecture studios, creative shops, associations, hotels and schools.

The collaborative nature of this event aims to bring its key players closer together, foster their ideas and dynamics, create or strengthen collaborative mechanisms, and forge closer links with the community. In this way, the (visual) arts ecosystem in the region of Olhão is stimulated, valued and promoted.
