Edgar Pacheco 

Edgar Pacheco is a visual artist from Olhão whose practice spans painting, mural painting and tattooing, through a language of his own that is intuitive and contemporary.

His work grows out of a sensitive observation of atmospheres, gestures, people and the details that shape the identity of each place.

Moving between figuration, synthesis and abstraction, he transforms memory, matter and territory into images of powerful visual presence. Thanks to a sensitive, contemporary and deeply human perspective, his work is distinctive in that it captures authenticity without resorting to cliché.
