Joana Rosa Bragança  

Joana Rosa Bragança is a visual artist and illustrator. She lives and works in Olhão, where she draws inspiration from nature, local mythology, and the real and imaginary creatures that inhabit her creative universe. She holds a degree in Visual Arts and a postgraduate qualification in Illustration, working primarily with watercolour, Indian ink, linocut printmaking and ceramics. In 2019, she created the animated short film MARÉ, which received an award at the Caminhos do Cinema Português Festival.
