Laura Casano

Laura Casano Born in Tunis to an Italian-French family, she began her artistic career in 1978, working with theatre companies in Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Germany. Now based in Olhão, Portugal, she primarily works in watercolor, capturing the light and colors of the Algarve. She has exhibited in Tavira and Olhão, published the book La Palla Vagabonda in Italy, illustrated the children's book Pixy et Dixy in France, and continues her artistic and teaching practice between Portugal, Italy, and France.
