Tina McEvoy 

Based in Quelfes since 2014, I am a self-taught artist with 35 years of creative experience. With time, I have come to view my paintings more and more as a legacy - an authentic reflection of my life experiences. Guided by this perspective, my work focuses capturing life's fleeting beauty and awareness of the preciousness of time.

I bring this vision to life through a visual language of bright, bold colors - predominantly deep blues and greens - accented with structured elements and luminous gold highlights. Working with oil paint, acrylics, inks, and collage techniques on canvas and paper, my current work blends abstract elements with realism. Many pieces are anchored by my signature touch: fragmented azulejo patterns that offer a subtle reference to Portugal. Ultimately, every piece is a visual story that carries a heartfelt reminder to embrace each given moment.
